I’m hoping there will be ancient ruins especially in the desert biome the idea of having ancient ruins in the desert I just really like I’m also hoping players will be more spread out instead of all being at the desert or just one spot in general especially since there’s a lot of cool places that you can play at

Has anybody thought that when there is a drought going on in the new map, there will just be photocarnivores everywhere? This update might as well make photocarnivores very popular, *which is not good.* Why you ask? Ah, yes. These tier 5 photocarnivores will become the new Ken and they will eat everyone. Also, I can't wait for the floods.

@@alimeziane8245 I guess? I'm pretty sure it is meant that there should be more Herbivores than carnivores in an ecosystem, and both carnivores and photocarnivores should be very hard to grow. And with a new bigger map it should be harder to find others to eat, if people doesn't camp at one place like oasis all the time. By the way, do you know exactly how Photovores and photocarnivores loose strenght at night? Like do they loose health regeneration or speed or? I don't know? Maybe nobody knows.

The red boxes could be future spawn points, thats why at the start of the video you can see an aolenus in 1 off these boxes, so it is possible they can be spawn points

For the volcano they should make lava caves under it and certain creatures can swim in it for a little like arsonos or the fire horse ⭐

For those probably crying over the loss of the oasis Don't be crying The oasis is the people that make it its not the place (i know its the actual name for the place) Anyways the people is what make the oasis what it is the people gave birth to the small pond of water and rock formations in the desert So my point? The oasis is what you make it It dosent have to be an area where everyone goes You can have your own oasis where YOU call it home

1:34 i have no coder knowledge, but by guess i would assume that the pink boxes are landmark placeholders where notable structures should go! maybe they would have a warp at the entrance that would teleport players into another place (like in the case of the abandoned structure, into a large room or in the case of the possible oasis, an underground cave/lake) (or heck! it might be changes in terrain like a ravine, spikes, mountains, ect) and for 6:01 that definitely feels like a bioluminescence test for sea critters or for dark rooms

i like how the tundra is bigger now, but I still want the beta maps tundra back! It is a big improvement from just having mountains in the tundra....but I am not sure if many supposed tundra creatures will visit the area...kind of makes me sad because most tundra creatures are carnis, meaning that you would not survive there if no one went there.

WOAHHH, this looks sick! I really can’t pick a favorite, I adore the tundra and just the bigger map in general.the desert looks epic, however I also love the island in da sky. I can’t wait but as an OG and beta player I will of course miss the sonaria all my creatures grew up in, and the times when a Beezu was one of the better creatures. 😭💗😄 I’m so exited! I'm super hype for the tundra, the tundra we have now is just some icey mountains, and it sucks. I also really super duper hope that we won't have a hangout area, and if we do it would be a place where you know you can find players, but there is also a high chance to be hunted. (Kinda like oasis but not all buddy buddy and it's socially acceptable to hunt there)

Probably because of the caves, watering holes, and the high part of the mountains (for fliers) I'm pretty sure it's the same reason why the oasis is currently a hangout

Community hangout area would prob be the plains(not sure if it’s plains) because there would be water and food sources would prob spawn there. OMGGGG it reminds me of beta! When everyone hung out in that little pond area with lots of caves… omg.. I miss that..

Aww I'm 3 hours late! But I must admit I can't wait for the new map! It is much more extensive than the current one which I love since I love to explore. And I agree, the current volcano doesn't seem like a real one. My favorite place would be like the place where the flower cave used to be, also including the tundra! But I wonder what will happen to the flier's rock (the mountain that is currently in dunes).

it would be cool if in the winter biome, creatures that don't usually live in cold habitats would get the cold debuff thing (the snowflake symbol that appears during winter seasons) and maybe in the desert, creature that don't usually live in dry, hot areas would get the same snowflake thing but instead its a flame symbol and it's for heat. (and then at nighttime in the desert people would get snowflaked). Just an idea. I also hope that there's a cave-maze thing where if you go deep into it, it will be a cool underground hangout area filled with glowing plants, trees mushrooms, all that stuff :)

My favorite area is the lil island in the center of the map I like it since it is a nice place to nest others as a koryser or as a breqwuek since I a lot of ppl who joined the new map design usually destroys my nest for some reason but I like the swamp part where there is loads of bushes

you can fix the blur by changing your graphics settings! esc > settings > graphics : manual, set to around the middle to fix the blur

My first thought when I saw this is,”WHAT” But it’s pretty cool to have a new, bigger map. I like the floating island conception. To be honest, when I first started to play Sonaria December/January last/this year, I thought at first that might have been floating islands. I was wrong of course. So it’s pretty cool that there is a floating island there. I also wonder what the new meeting areas will be…. Is there by chance any ideas for new natural disasters being thought about by the devs?

Tbh i like this alot more. Its more realistic and i can see many creatures roaming around. Im hyped abt this for mainly 1 reason: When i 1st joined the game as a brequek (dont know how To spell it srry) or cantapodi i remember Being amazed by flower cove or desert. I hope the biggest lakes lead to the ocean. If oasis lead to the ocean, not only could sea creatures come to oasis to eat land creatures, but also kendylls and other semiaquatics could escape to the ocean after being attacked. I hope we get some antiflyer zones, so breath fliers don't dominate the map.

Don't rlly think there's much point in updating the map since, when it releases, ppl are just gonna find a new spot to gather and leave the other 80-90% of the map untouched majority of the time.....like they do now.

I have a lore theory that’s based off this map and the descriptions of the new galaxy creatures we’ve been getting lately. What if at some point there was an ancient race of aliens who came to the barren, lifeless planet known today as Sonaria. They brought along with them ancestors of the many creatures we see today, as well as visitors from the stars. They left ruins and messages, in hopes that one day the creatures on this planet will figure out what happened and return to their creators.

I nelivr that every creature will have area to spawn in that dements of its descreption in game or aperrwnce, like Minawii: Mushrooms cuz their shy and have moss, Jotunhel and sleinrock on moutains cuz they are cold blooded (morinus and pero will be here too), Parabiki desert, Nytotaulous cliffs, Wystora (my beloved birb) on plains and more

It's something only youtubers can do sadly, but if you want to have a similar thing you can press F5 and F6 for stable first person and fly around

They should add foot prints around the map to show that other creatures once roamed there they should also make the corpses a corpse of the dead creature like if u kill a gram you can see a corpse of a gram and everytime you take a bite of the corpse it shows the flesh like how you eat in era of terror so when you kill something it wont just pop and a chunk of meat appears
