Allen N 4K here is not the screen size that you need in this case because it's probably referring to the total resolution of the entire 360 image, not just what you are viewing on your monitor, which is 4k in the sense that you are thinking of. I have a 1080 monitor, and running the video at the 1080 setting shows a much lower resolution that 1080 (at a time).
