Bro Nobody from that group planned for Finland, Norway and Sweden. Its mandatory to have snow tyre there. If Europe means visiting UK, France, Germany, Spain , Belgium, Netherland, Italy, Switzerland then u don't need any other tyres. He had planned to visit extreme North Europe but couldn't do it due to Windshield issue. He might still go with hired vehicle after this london trip as EU visa is valid for 1 year AFAIK, specially if u get it for France.
