So we are finally here in Mae Hong Son at Day 3. I've been waiting for this since last year. Taking this opportunity to discover how the car drives on the corners, while we explore some of the good sights, food and visiting my favourite hotel here.

Woow, that place is surely a Bucketlist destination if you live in an area where you can drive to it. I live in Germany so it‘s a bit more complicated. Thanks to you and bobby a trip to KL and Genting Highlands ( and that tempel on the top) is already on my bucket list of travel destinations. just watched ur lotus emira video too. you were really enjoying and laughing like you were in the alpine. So it begets, is the alpine a110 even more fun than an i4 amg emira touring?

Thanks for watching and you're welcome! The fun is different. Alpine is more playful and the Spyder likes to be driven smoothly. Of course, the Spyder has the Naturally Aspirated howl that the Alpine doesn't have. So kinda two different cars for different kind of fun.

Hm... tough question, because it is quite subjective and personal. Both are very fun on road and on track, but I think the Emira will have the edge on track. Objectively the Lotus a better car, starting with a more potent power plant. The Emira is a sports car that drives like a baby supercar. The Alpine is a playful sports car especially in the 250hp variant like mine. I would personally pick the Alpine because it's 300+ kgs lighter. This by itself creates a unique experience which the Emira don't.
