This facility was built in the mid 1900s, acting as a reserve for fuel. In case of war the Swedish nation could last longer with propellants. In total there is about 500 of these facilities, ranging from a couple thousands of liters. All the way up to 170 million liters in capacity. The diesel was stored right against the rock, floating on a water bed. Using advanced pumping technique to regulate the water levels.
There are a total of 12 cisterns, located 20-40m underground, 12m wide and 40m tall.
