Airlie Beach is like going to Fiji. Theres a couple of things to do in town - but the real stuff is offshore. whitsunday island from airlie. Yasawas from Fiji. If you just go to the mainland you're missing what you're really there for...

Oh for sure, getting out to the islands is a must. Next time we'd try spend more time exploring the islands and actually staying out there... It would be the perfect place to have your own boat and island hop!

Hi guys….I think Airlie Beach area looks very similar to the Flic en Flaq and Black River area of Mauritius…..looks really beautiful….hope you are having lots of fun…been a while on the road for you both….have fun x
