Amazing!!! I didn't know that they made model Aeroplane engines in india!!! The only negative part about the engine is that, it doesn't have a THROTTLE!!!!

The engine shown doesn't have a throttle, because it's designed to be used in free-flight or control-line models, where it runs at full speed all the time. They have also been making R/C versions (i.e. with a throttle) for many years.

I have a sharma diesel engine which i bought from india hobby center about 40 years back when i was in school. I still have that engine. It runs on a mixture of ether and kerosene and castor oil for lube. I had a tough time initially getting it to run.
