Our selection from ‘Beijing Bites’ This week was a time honoured, state run, Fengchunlou restaurant which has been serving the local cuisine since 1956. A bowl of egg soup, Yuxiang Eggs and a traditional homestyle Tofu dish made for a satisfying if not slightly uncomfortable meal.
