We will be travelling with 18 month old kid, do you think Nusa paneda beaches are accessible with a kid

Only a few but the reality is most of Nusa Penida beaches are to view from top and hard to got down even for adults. So baby won't give you any trouble in this aspect.

Yes they do, there is a new regulation now. So if they catch you they will ask and if you lucky you won't find a police men 😃
