That really depends on the type of community and what type of content your community is generating. If you're creating a paid community I think your costs will be pretty manageable. For a rough estimate here is a reverence- A 100 Gb of data plan will allow you to browse the internet for around 1200 hours, Stream 20,000 songs, or watch 200 hours of standard-definition videos.
