My biggest worries are going from a warm climate to snow (haven't seen snow in 4 years) and going from a large metro area (Miami) to a smaller city. Those are two things I'll definitely have to get used to. I see you moved there from NYC and have been doing well so that's reassuring. But other than that Buffalo seems perfect for me! Buffalo has a lot going for it and remains affordable which is hard to find. Thank you for all the recommendations on your channel!

Buffalo has some really Great gardeners and some really Great gardens as well. You'd be surprised what many of them can do with a Lot space in the city. I always look forward to the Garden Walk. I was not aware they had started this Open Gardens on Thur. & Fri. in July, thanks for the Heads up.

We didn't know about it either until just a few weeks ago! It's a great way to get an early look at a lot of the gardens that will be featured on the official garden walk without the crowds!
