The entire right side building just burned down of that Great Lakes Paper Mill and the Catwalk at 3:16 was so severely damaged that traffic is still detoured around it. The Fire Department has had to return several times to fight fires that start up again and again. This just happened in mid Sept, 2023

Check out the video I did of the kick off event for the restoration of the historic 1884 Crib Lighthouse that sits at the mouth of the Cheboygan River. Help get the word out about this project. Cheboygan is a great little community. Sadly the tissue factory burned down last fall.
