I love the paddle tail gel swim baits! Its my go-to for most of the NE Ohio fishing i do, just scale down to some 1", 2", and 3" painted in some local forage patterns (crappie, perch, bass, brim, etc) and it always gets crushed!

I use to fish the St. John close to where it dumps into the ocean. You get everything but largemouth in that section. Trout, flounder, blue fish, red fish and Whiting to name a few of the fish we would catch there! I love the little teaser you gave us!

This is gonna be a great series! BTW, some of Florida’s other rivers include the Suwannee, Guana, Tolomato, Matanzas, Ocklawaha, Wekiva, Chattahoochee, Econlackhatchee, and many more!! The Suwannee and Chattahoochee are both almost as big as the St. John’s, I believe.
