Exploring Downtown Luray Virginia and a Cozy, Picturesque Stay in the Shenandoah Valley

Join us as we take some time to visit Luray Virginia in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. We spent two nights in Luray at a beautiful AIR BNB with beautiful views, and spend a day exploring the downtown area of Luray.
We first visit the visitors center and the train depot museum and then visit some of the local shops & restaurants. We also check out the Hawksbill Greenway which is a paved path that winds through Luray next to the creek.

I've lived in Virginia for 95% of my life and I can't remember if I have ever been to Luray or not. I may have to finally go check it out and even visit the caverns. Have a great weekend!

We have done the caverns and really enjoyed them! But, SNP is probably still our most favorite area of VA - along with a few favorite state parks!! We really do enjoy VA

Hi Karen and Shannon. A Happy New Year！Life is an adventure that's full of beautiful destinations. Wishing you many wonderful memories made in 2024. Wow, incredible experience an capturing this close up to the train 5:16 No passengers, right? I am not familiar with type of the train, but not Locomotive engine.. beautiful train itself. I am not sure it came in on time or just luck hahah I rode X'mas locomotive last year at Dollywood, It was life-time experience for me. haha, the downtown is very nicely kept. I like red brick buildins. Kayak7seas and I owned one in downtown before. OMGoodness, building code is stressful since they are all historical architecture. We had to follow building code for renovation. It is challenging..Nice to see old time shops are still running business. beautiful accomodation review. no luxery, but stylish in a was/.old time and well maintained. Strolling downtown, is great way to learn its history.. Is this one of typical downtown in the US? Nice Capturing the sunrise...wow. impressive.14:26 I look forward to your new projects in 2024. Apologies for my absence. I just back home a few nights ago from my 3 week-filming trip I tried to manage filming and watching videos, But I often found myself sleeping over the laptop, pressing one key endressly.hahahaha
