@@Cityscapestroll oh , glad it came through alright , yeah i used one of them ASMR recording devices with bineral sounds , its mad when your using it , as these ones are like hearing aids , you pout them into your ears and they have mics on the outside and earphones on the inside , so you can hear as you go , you get used to it after walking for a few minutes then take them out and you feel deaf as you can hear so much more with them lol
