Join me in exploring the King’s Grand Apartment at Chateau de Versailles which consists of 7 Halls / Salons with names derived from the Greek Mythology.
Beginning with the Salon of Hercules, which was completed in 1736 with the painting of Apotheose d’Hercule by Francois Lemoyne on its ceiling.
Followed by the Salons of Abundance, Venus, Diana, Mars, Mercury and Apollo.
Enjoy all the grandeur of these past luxuries with me.
