From all the videos that I've watched, it appeared to me that K-Books and various other stores often rsell pre-owned merchendise, mostly from people who won them from gacha and other crane games. Seems definitely like a good method to save some money if you are looking for something, specifically Pokémon.

I live in Tokyo. My advice is get a pocket wifi. Tokyo doesn't have street signs so its easy to get lost. Google maps will be your tool

Yes I definitely agree with goparuko to get a pocket wifi!! It's what I use all the time to travel around with Google Maps~
