The way restaurant chains operate now befuddles me They have Beautiful nice buildings that they demolish quickly for another plan what a waste

But it's not a chain restaurant. Golden Corral only owns the name. Franchisees. Owners just decide to quit or go bankrupt and they close their doors and sell it off. I know a few Franchisee Owners were just bad at running a restaurant and ended up bankrupt. Had nothing to do with Golden Corral but the stupid owner.
