Hey joy how are you doing with your RHS have you completely recovered yet? I was diagnosed with this disease 15 days ago..

Almost, I’m about 95% recovered. It took 6 months for me to have movement and 1 year for me to be about 80%. Everyone is different in how long it seems to take them to recover. My advice, get plenty of rest, sleep as much as you can, try not to worry or stress (not easy to do) and keep positive. Justin Bieber for example recovered much quicker than most.
