Use a piece of glass as your pallet, with a piece of white paper as the backing. A cheap picture frame works perfectly, and you can pick the size that works for you! Hope that helps with your pallet staining. 💕💕💕

Patty-I have quite a few of these bottles, but wasn't sure how i could use them. They are different from regular water color supplies. I think your irises are beautiful.

There is s learning curve with the docs colors but I’ve always used them to make my khaos kholor and they are more like inks than traditional watercolor. But the caliber of artist that you are is all that’s needed. You did beautifully with this piece! And now I’ve picked up some more techniques on how to let it dry and how much i should let it dry before moving forward with the next color

I love what you did with this brush and the inks! I have those inks and I love them but I believe I’ve been using too much when I paint from what I’ve seen of you painting with them. And you did not ruin it! I love the way you’ve blended and used water ratio with the paint! These are the most stunning florals I’ve seen so far using dr. Ph Martins concentrated radiant colors! Truly gorgeous irises!

Jillian Boon uses these a lot and keeps them in like a stay wet palette box and re-wets them all the time. You may want to check her out so you don’t have to always open the bottles. I think it can out beautifully
