对！潮州人蒸红鸡魚是留鳞片的，吃前把魚肉点一点豆浆/蒜蓉/酸柑/剁辣椒混合酱送入口。 四角豆(Winged bean)可生吃，点sambal belacan 就吃，是传统马来人莎啦之一。

Pontian has a place called Kukup fishing village and It is famous for its open-air seafood restaurants built on stilts over the water and residents houses on stilts, pulau kukup, national park kukup can visit.

Yep, we used to stay at kukup chalets when we were younger. But yet to visit to visit Kukup island after it's developed, or the southern tip's national park. Didn't come across my mind to classify that as part of Pontian

The creative banner at Wonton Mee shop and the "Jalan Sehala" road sign story made me laughed sia! Winged beans aka 四角豆 is available in SG (at least Boon Lay market) but usually sold at Malay stalls, they are my favourite cos of the crunchy texture, great if cooked with sambal chilli. I'm a fan of authentic Pontian Wonton Mee but the portion sold in SG is pathetic. The whole fish steamed with scales ON is what my parents will do during 拜天公 for offering to the Jade Emperor. U made a 口误 at 26:00 when u said the boss' son n daughter took their wedding photo in the food shop but they are siblings!! Should be son + daugher-in-law or daughter + son-in-law lah. Btw, Outram Park Char Kuay Teow is at Hong Lim Food Centre, it has the same popularity as 老夫子 CKT which is at Old Airport Food Centre. Lastly, at 15:35 when u said "我看了就 steam" describing the western food, I'm like Oops, can like that say meh? Cos "steam" is used to describe men's erection aka very excited in our Singlish context. I hope u never get wet eating the food .. Muhaha!

嗯… 诚心怀疑你们记错搞错了，一般人拜拜的鱼，没杀没去鱼鳞是为了保留完整性让它”有头有尾”敬神。而且，应该是水煮煮熟，沥干，好摆放较久时间来祭拜。 而不是像你们这次这样，留鳞片让餐馆清蒸。 水煮煮熟沥干 vs 清蒸是有分别的。 不晓得，挺令人好奇的，觉得奇怪餐馆及在场众多食客等有岁数的人似乎都没看过你们的做法，他们当中也不乏所谓有拜神的潮州人或福建人啊。 而且那名餐馆人员说是“潮州蒸”， 印象中的潮州蒸也不是这样的啊 🤔
