What is this? Drugs? Is this like marijuana I don’t use that I feel frustrated with my illness I feel like nothing is working what is this drug and how can I get it

@@mindfulmovementshow I have tried many medications I suffer from bipolar 1 and panic disorder it’s just so frustrating that nothing seems to help.
