The architect got it wrong with the ground floor bathroom. Considering that the sink is outside, the shower area should have comprehensively been demarcated from the toilet, probably using a glass/curtain divider. Time for tiny bathrooms where when you shower the whole space gets wet or flooded is long gone. Modern architecture demands proper, well-spaced bathrooms that are functional, just the way there's demand for big windows. Great shooting though, Edna.

I can see the sinks have already started to corrode, with houses located in Mtwapa you either have to put plastic plumbing or filter the borehole water. Otherwise you'll be changing taps and sinks very often. And with 28m you can get better than this.

very nice house, only thing i didnt like was the 2nd floor terrace because u go in through the bathroom? lol, that seems very inconvenient and a dunno how they thought that was a good idea when designing this otherwise very nice house.

Who is doing property valuations and property market research in Kenya? I don't know if you guys have a consumer ombudsman in your country but you need to take the property industry there because they are ripping you off.
