Sir mere Walid shab jo is waqt 83 yrs old hain wo bhalla ji ke ghar 1946 mein gaye they unhiney kaha ke unke ghar ek chidiya ghar bhi tha. Mere Walid sahab used to stay in Quila Gujar Singh Lahore and their family shoe shop was in Anarkali Bazar; my dad's father father used to work in Bhalla Shoes. My dad loves watching ur content.

Thank you for the memories of Tagore in Lahore a fact unknown to me. I often listen to Tagore compositions and read "Gitanjali" a rare copy I have in English and Bengali. I appreciate your dedicated attempt to gain access but closed minds in guarding the treasure of knowledge will never appreciate. My ancestry is from East Bengal where the family had to flee during 1947 partition. My Father used to recite Tagore prose and poetry during cultural events. My cousin sister sang Tagore songs on All India Radio in Kolkata. My close friend is a graduate from Shanti-Niketan where also Indira Gandhi studies. The Nobel prize winner Economist Dr. Amartya Sen (1998) was given his name by Rabindranath Tagore.
