I agree with you on Rancho Bel Air being my favorite as we moved there back in January. I love all the neighborhoods you featured. Custom homes, large lots, mature landscape with hardwoods, real grass and only minutes from downtown, the Strip and airport. These homes & neighborhoods look nothing like the new ones being built today. It is crazy to me that very few locals know about these neighborhoods…but even crazier that the majority of real estate agents don’t either. Just look on KZbin and see 99% of the videos are on the suburbs only
