It is so sad that Thomas lost his wife and now his and your friend, GIV. Fifty is much too young. I enjoyed seeing the different areas and also your dancing GIV. I send virtual hugs to Thomas and you. My former Veterinarian, Dr. David Martin, was killed by a great white shark off of Solana Beach, CA.

That is so tragic that you two lost your friend from such a crazy mishap accident such as his faulty parachute. My condolences to you both and to the guy Mike's family and may he R.I.P. I lost my Dad earlier this month. It has really took my by total surprise. They're right when they say that you can go at anytime unexpectedly. I didn't think he'd be taken from me at 60 he would have been 61 in August. Take care buddy and show your friend a fun time in America

@@queserasera1674 aww thank you that is very much appreciated. Yes it is quite young still. Back in 96 I lost my grandfather at 62 as well even though that was not his father. My gf had a hip problem though that kept getting infected. What really scares me is the fact that I have a hip problem as well even on the same side which is crazy but my dad only started getting health problems with in the past like 6 months. Very strange but once it started I knew something was very wrong but I didn't expect it to be death. But thank you again

I grew up living in San Pedro and the coast was our back yard in a sense, we played and road our skateboards and bikes all the time on the coast or Cabrillo Beach. Proud to be from there. Thanks so much G.I.V🤙🏼

What a terrible accident and a terrible loss of a friend. And it wasn't all in vain. You got to reunite with Gogo's cousin. I just imagine you two can comfort each other and perhaps share some good stories of the good time you had with your friend. Sooo sorry Mike. Redondo and Hermosa is home to me. Mike i grew up in that area , there's plenty to do there and also alot of history. Back in the day those hills were used as a lookout post During WW2 against the Japanese empire after pearl harbor. On the other side of the hill is the port of Los Angeles and the biggest on the west coast. And you said you feel like you didn't accomplish anything when in fact you did , you enjoyed the day without a worry enjoying nature. Keep up the great work 👍

Aww..I just moved back to Nor Cal from Long Beach and I loved seeing all the coastal spots, I was literally at the same spot in Palos Verdes last week, taking in the ocean view before leaving. Almost lived in Hermosa Beach too! Thanks for all the great footage, dance moves! Love your vids GIV!

I really liked this video, I don't know why you were disappointed. Beautiful pictures that you took and the video of the four birds was great. Maybe if you give it some time and then rewatch it you will appreciate it more. It wasn't the usual thing of muscle beach or skating. Again a great video.

Mike (GIV), I lived in Santa Monica in 1972-73. Did the bike ride from Redondo Beach to Santa Monica when I visited about 20 years ago. Loved your video. Also I met Arnold while watching a local tennis tournament in Santa Monica 1973. His then gf was playing tennis in a local tournament near the corner of Wilshire & 8th or so?). The girl I was with was a friend of his gf. He sat with us and we watched from the bleachers. He had not made a movie yet but everyone knew him as Mr, Olympia the body builder. Little did we know he would become a movie star and Governor of California. Great memories.
