Hi Andy! A wonderful place at a wonderful time of year to spend a couple weeks! There should be some good pretty snow there now and lots of bright Christmas lights. Have a lovely time! Montreal is very bilingual I have found, especially in the busy areas, I've never had any issues getting around with English and rudimentary French at best. It wouldn't hurt to get yourself a little phrase book or learn a few greetings/pleasantries in French though - almost everyone can speak to you in English, but if local Montrealers see you even making an effort with a little French it goes a long way with them. :) Cheers!

Beautiful city and interesting places. There are some similarities with the city of Baku. I wonder what camera you shoot with?

Thank you! I love to hear about the similarities I'll have a look at some of your walks and see. That's fun. I'm using a DJI Pocket 2 with a wireless mic. What do you use?

@@thewanderwalker What a coincidence) I shoot with a DJI pocket 2 too. I also experiment with phone and action camera SJCAM 4000 with and without stabilizer, in the future I will post. I wish you good luck in promoting the channel.

@@BakuWalk I wish you luck too, and thanks again! yeah I really enjoy the DJI Pocket 2 for the gimbal and the portability, though I find some of its quality especially in low-light to be a little poor. Looking forward to picking up the Pocket 3 in the future when I can, looks like it has some great improvements!
@BakuWalk Жыл бұрын
@@thewanderwalker Yes, DJI Pocket 2 has a good stabilizer and compact. In low light, yes it is true that noise appears. It helps a lot in the evening time to set in the properties not 60 fps, but 30 fps. Try it. Yes Pocket 3 will probably be better. I wish you a successful purchase!
@thewanderwalker Жыл бұрын
@@BakuWalk I actually always shoot in 25-30, I just kind of preferred the more natural look of the video. Do you think I should experiment with 60 fps in the daytime?

@thewanderwalker Жыл бұрын
Half of Canada is 'foreigners' my friend Canada is a very multicultural and welcoming place. I am even one myself. I'd say it's as difficult as marrying any girl - first you must respect and love yourself, be good and kind to all people, places and animals, be the kind of person someone else wants to share their life with. Then meet the right woman, adore her, respect her for who she is and love everything about her, share your lives and continue to grow and evolve together into a beautiful creation of the both of you and then, when you feel it is right, ask her to spend the rest of your life with her if that is what you both wish. Above all else, always be true to your heart and strive to do good and make other people feel good in your presence. If that is something you wish to do in Canada, then maybe you'll meet the one here. But do not live for another - live for yourself first. Good luck.

@@thewanderwalkerwell said! Just remember we’re animals too, basic biology and obvious (: and yah they shouldn’t use girls to get benefits either!
@Cassxowary Жыл бұрын
What they said! And don’t EVER try to use a girl/anyone to get entry/citizenship/whatever, that’s gross. It’s not foreigners that foreigners/immigrants/kids of, don’t like, it’s ones that try to use them that they don’t like. be kind to all kind (not just girls or humans).
@thewanderwalker Жыл бұрын
@@Cassxowary thank you for the additional comments! Yes it goes without saying, one should always only marry for love when they feel it is right and want to spend the rest of the life with another. Not for a benefit such as citizenship

You want to marry someone to get citizenship of course people of canada won"t like it.
