This video makes me want to go hiking. So beautiful. I just watched this movie on Netflix ""Woman of the Hour" and thought it would be so interesting to hear you break it down , psychologically speaking.

Great video! I would be interested in you going over what first aid and emergency gear you carry with you as well as any tips you have as a doctor in a future video.

Much more research and a GPS required, particularly if you're going solo. There's no reliable water on the ascent, but sometimes you get drips in the lovely gravel garden behind that rockfall. Cooyoyo is the camp ground. Monolith Valley has been closed to camping for at least 30 years. If you had planned it, it's the jewel in the crown of NSW NP. Stop when you have hot spots or stones in your footwear

My original comment disappeared, so I think the system thought there was a copyright violation, even though there wasn't. So let me say it without saying it! In regards to liking boulders, a certain donkey said that while walking with a big, green ogre. Also, check out a song called Walking with Spring by the Okee Dokee Brothers. Your hike reminds me of that, and I think you’d like it!

Honest, this channel offers nothing of entertainment or value to people suffering its a quick egotistical boost

I'd rather be in a private hospital or a airplane off to a rehab clinic in Mexico than be staring at a blank wall or this channel with its misinformation on mental health and its related topics

@@RTPDiaries if you’re having a rough time, you definitely have my empathy. Someone close to me is currently in an inpatient facility, and you’re right: KZbin isn’t the place to seek treatment, nor does this channel offer treatment. I’m relieved the person I love is getting the care they need, and I’d be scared if they were looking for that help online and thinking that would be effective. I do enjoy this channel, and I do find it of value to me, else I wouldn’t watch or comment. I took up camping this year, partly in response to the stress and anxiety I was feeling about the loved one I mentioned above, so Dr. Syl’s outdoor videos really resonate with me. He makes me laugh with his commentary, and I get to experience a part of the world I will never see in person. However, others may not find this channel to be their cup of tea. There’s no right or wrong to that, and I wish you the best in finding resources that meet your particular needs. 💜

@cricketcorner8950 this is coming from, the corruption of the (Australian health care) I don't wish to work in healthcare nor do I like talking to mental health care professionals I think they're all corrupt and trying to calm someone down on the internet is also useless in the grand scheme of things nothing matters as much as you make it seem like it matters to the public's viewing. If you offend people, offensive warrants legal action taken on the part of the offenders so be warned no one is safe online or in person or real life private matters wise. I would never tell my address for example online and I hope you don't too because like everything that's online is public somethings almost always shouldn't be shared

@cricketcorner8950 not to come off as passive aggressive, but if you take from a source whether it's the environment or experiences from others you should have a level of respect regardless and one thing that Australia lacks is transparency between communities of the mental health system which can get leaked online without a person's permission, I have seen Mr syl in person I know what I'm talking about

Next time credit people when you steal their own content online. And you know I could take your channel down if I sued you for requoting me so beware next time I've been on KZbin for a VERY long time. Credits to the owners or its flagged and the channel is dead and gone. You've been warned
