@sudhakarrreddy : The video mentioned it is most affordable villa in Gopanpally. Average Villa cost in Gopanpally is upwards of 4.5 Cr. I can empathize with the problem you mentioned where real estate prices have gone up. Even in two tier towns a Villa cost is running into crores.
