Hey everyone! Welcome back to our channel! Today’s vlog is packed with a mix of work, lifestyle, and, of course, our favorite topic-real estate in Dubai. My future husband, Jai Singh, and I start the day by discussing some work meetings and how I’m learning from Jai to better organize my tasks. Jai always has great tips for staying on top of things, especially when it comes to managing our busy schedules.
We’re also taking you along as we charge Jai’s Porsche Taycan-our dream car! We rented this beauty some time ago to manifest owning it, and now it’s a part of our lives. We explain the process of charging the car for free at the station, which is super convenient and available 24/7. Jai walks you through how to charge it, step by step-opening the charging port, connecting the cable, and monitoring the charging status. It’s amazing how fast and easy it is, as it only takes about 25 minutes to fully charge. We’ll show you everything as we wait for the car to be charged.
Once that’s done, we hit Sheikh Zayed Road, one of Dubai's most iconic highways, and we’re off to have breakfast at a beautiful cafe that gives off Greece vibes. The cafe has an open kitchen and a cozy ambiance, perfect for a relaxing morning. We even show you the details of the space, including the washroom (yes, it’s that cozy!). The location is spot on, and the vibes were just what we needed to fuel up before another busy day.
On our drive, we show you some key spots in Dubai, like Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), Dubai Marina, JBR, Marina Mall, and Marina Plaza, while discussing a new and exciting real estate project that’s coming up soon. There’s always something new happening in Dubai, and I can’t wait to share more details with you all soon.
After breakfast, I take a moment to talk about the influx of property investors I’ve been working with and reassure all my clients and investors that I’m working through all the leads.
