As always, beautiful vlog. Make kadhi in instapot. Just usual way, add everything including salt ginger garlic onions spinach whatever. Set Soup 6 minutes. You can wait 10 min and then release. No stirring required and ur beautiful kadhi is ready where oil separates. You can add pakodas if u want and sauté for few minutes or again set Soup 0 minutes. The measurements is 1 cup dahi, 1/4 cup besan, 4 cups water. Hope u try and like it.

Suchi, one suggestion since u still have lot of place after putting so many indoor plants & also u have a green thumb growing them, please buy or get from someone a mint (pudina) plant to grow it a big planter. It will be a nice addition and will be useful in your cooking too. It does not require much skill, after the plant settles down, the more u cut the plant will produce new steams again. U can use pudina in curries u make, chutney & also in the non veg dishes etc

Hi suchi , I think the trees you were talking of was rowans or mountain-ashes ..You can click the photo and use Google lens to find what it is . Google lens is free and is inbuilt in Google photos ...I used that only to find the name of the tree by taking screenshot and then through Google lens ......try using that and let me know if it works ...
