I live in Boise as well and i love going up to Bogus with Friends even if they are new and want to stay on the bunny hill. I always remind them that it’s supposed to be fun and not to feel pressure to go places that they aren’t ready for. As someone who is fine with going most places on the mountain you can still find a way to have fun and challenge yourself on the bunny hill. It’s all about trying your best and having fun by yourself or with friends! Way to get out there, you got this!

My family was just in Meridian visiting my grandma and we took a trip up to bogus basin! The views on the way up there were stunning. I'm from Florida and had never seen snow before this trip and it was so magical. We had limited time so just did the snow tubing hill but the staff there were awesome and so funny! Loved my visit!!

you might have something called reynodes if you’re always feeling the cold. its to do with lack of circulation😅 i have it, i wear copper rings and bracelets since copper is good for circulation in the body🥰

Girl I have the SAME problem where my hands/fingers and feet/toes are just always cold!!! I am pretty sure it is called Raynauds phenomenon. I actually went and saw a rheumatologist last year in Meridian, ID (I live in that area), for some things and had brought it up to him and he looked at my blood vessels in my fingers and said they are abnormally small which is a consistent finding in people with Raynauds. So I TOTALLY feel your pain about not having been cold enough because when I first attempted snowboarding a year ago up at Bogus with friends my feet and hands were FROZEN 30 minutes in and I too thought I had dressed warm enough

Sounds like you may have Raynaud’s syndrome! Basically the cold triggers the blood vessels in your toes and fingers to narrow, which in turn, make them cold. One of my best friends has it! I’d recommend some hand warmers for your gloves💗💗
