Hi Manny, nice video. I grew up in U.C. in the '60's and obviously lots has changed. I remember spending lots of time at the park on the U.C. and Jersey City border. We called it First street park. I remember reading once, there were more Cubans in UC per square mile, than in all Havana! It was a great place to live and grow up. I haven't been back in some time so I love watching these videos. Thanks much.

Back then it was Cuban dominated now it's more diverse with Puerto Ricans Dominicans central Americans and South Americans living here. And now there's more Muslims

Hi! I love your video of my hometown! Union City has come a long way since I lived there! You did a wonderful job it was fun growing up there in the 50's and 60's. I moved to North Bergen in the 70's. Now live in a different place in NJ, but Union City is still in my heart!

Used to live right next door in Edgewater. My Auntie and Uncle lived in Union City for many years, and I have many good memories of walking up and down Bergenline and JFK

Great video Manny. Growing up in NY, never went to Jersey. I knew there were lots of small cities across the Hudson, but people in NY thought they must be boring. Your tours have shown me that they are very lively and urban.

Lots of people in NY think that most towns in Jersey are boring, but there are lots of towns that are lively pretty much like NYC.

I’m so jealous you can place the mic right there. Mine gets distorted because I talk too loud. I think I need to lower it even lower for the SB. We need to explore more of Jersey. Such a cute area. It took us a day for our feet to recover after hanging out with you. We are glad you took us to so many cool places. Hey we know the PATH train 😀. That park you went to was nice. You are so lucky that black cat runs away from you.
