My friend took me to Las Quatras Milpas. (Don't know if I spelled that right 😁) when I visited there and it was simple but amazing food. I never liked the rice at Mexican restaurants, (always too dry) but theirs with that hot sauce and cilantro onion was on point. I even bought a big container of the hot sauce, froze it and took it with me. I had to fight off the members of my household just to get any for me. 😄😄
