Always check your tri-Axle air valve, sometimes it may leak air due to normal wear and tear. By it leaking air, your transmission won't shift into drive or reverse.

30 yrs in this industry owner op diesel mech. Run from the Pete’s. The name is cursed I’ve seen over the yrs Pete’s have tons of issues. KW is the same but have way less issues is my theory about the name. Get you a freightliner with the dd15. U gonna get better fuel mileage and better service with less problems. Just my little 2 cents.

Man they’ve been having issues with the new 579’s for a while now, buddy of mine had his 579 in the shop, at the dealership for the same issues over and over again I think he said it was mainly a electrical problem

I had the same issue as a local P&D at Central Transport with a day cab. Too much city driving and it was losing air to the transmission. I had to stop it in the middle of the street and let the transmission air up.

Your problem could be either a broken air line for the transmission or a bad diesel particulate filter might be stopped up that's just a guess

I spent sbout 15 yrs OTR and it ruined a part of my life. I finally caught an OUI in 2013 and that left me without the crutch of trucking and forced me to look into another career. Now it is 2024 and I am working as a psychiatric RN in Maine also applying for grad school. Life just takes you on so many paths. I dont miss that life but it did give me what i needed back then until it didn't lol.

I’ve been experiencing extreme burn out with my current career of almost 27 years and I’ve been contemplating getting my CDLs at 50. I know no career or job is perfect, but I keep seeing these videos with a big negative spins. I use-GoPro Max, GoPro 11, Insta 360X4 and Meta glasses.. I don’t use all for every video. But if you’re just starting you need to figure out what style of vides you want to do. I use action cameras because my videos have alot of movement. But if you would like to do more up close and talking style I would say just stick with your phone for the beginning.

Sorry you keep having break down in a new rig like that. Every truck breaks down its motivation and dedication that keeps us moving. Fix and keep rolling. I have driven quite a few brands myself including Benz and Scania. Euro style cab over. I came to believe that some truck just likes you. Also never fall in love with the truck, take care of the truck it will take care of you. Too much attachment to the truck is not good. Pete is nice but try Volvo , Mack , freight-liner they are also good. They will get the job done. I like Volvo it got power and very comfortable. It’s a great feeling to drive a truck that you truly love. Honestly I personally drive for business. I also consider MPG, with this crazy market. I want 10mpg minimum. Is Peterbuilt doing a Boeing? You've been having too many issues lately, and Im sorry about it. Maybe its time to try a Freightliner or something. I really like that blue truck you showed us. If any option was possible, my default is a mix of matte black and high gloss black with either chrome or a bright candly apple pinstripe between them.

Also on a lease purchase with prime, are you responsible for the repairs such as like you just broke down or transmission repairs motor repairs lotta the major repairs are you responsible for those or does prime fix up for you or do you have to pay a certain percentage and then prime pays the rest. Hey! I have seen lots of other female content creators on here and ig. From what i have seen, those that wear shorts or tights. They are comfortable wearing them. I know one has her own clothing appearal of workouts cloths, and she will wear them sometimes doing loads, then make a workout video during breaks. So while i understand what you are saying because of how it has helped you business and perception wise for some. Others are also finding opportunities not wearing button ups, some are dressing themselves to attract attention for this or that, some just because they think it's stylish. Lots of different reasons for everyone, not everything can fit in a box. Attention and people judging is going to happen. You can't live your life worried about how others perceive you, be it proven true or false in the end. It's more than enough room for women who want to dress like you, and the others who don't. You all actually help each other, it creates a balance. I don't know if you ever thought of it that way. Remember it's all of your individuality combined that makes everything work! As you have stated before many times what worked for you may not work for me, and what worked for me, may not work for you!

There are many independent truckers who have had their truck break down. Average cost could be a few thousands dollars to 15-25 thousands dollars easy. Then if it breaks down in heavy traffic or hundreds of miles from the nearest mechanics. The tow bills be another 🤯 bill. Trucking isn't just about sitting under a steering wheel. What you and others on utube is your own business. Can't worry about what others think when the bills ⛽🛢️ insurance, toll and other bills have your name on them. B SAFE 🚛💨💨💨💨
