Exploring Penarth Mine - A Walk in the Dark

A deeper exploration of Penarth mine, still only scratching the surface of the full extent of the mine even after 3 hours of continious walking. The 200 year old workings contain many levels, vast chambers and a once operated mine track network, with a functioning winch.

we went there this week, this mine is so hard to light up because of the shear size of the caverns. we will defo be going back.

Dude you need a better torch/head lamps if you are going to explore mines, you need one that spreads the light better, so you can see if you are walking on dirt or a false floor!
