i have a question, my pisces is my rising but i have more than the half sign of aries in my first house too, is it normal? does it mean that the energy of the aries is in the first house as well? i am confused loool

This is normal! My rising falls at 28 degrees Aries, so most of my 1st house and everything in it (including my chart ruler) is in Taurus. The sign that the house starts under is considered to be the sign that you express the represented area of life through, even if most of the house is under the next sign. The way that this can be useful is to recognize that your rising sign is your rising sign, and that sign’s ruling planet is your chart ruler (so Neptune for you.) Looking at the house and sign of the chart ruler can give you more insight into how your rising is uniquely expressed for you. But then if there are planets in your first house that fall under Aries, those are still significant parts of your identity and self expression, and will be expressed through Aries energy…but in a house that is still most naturally lived through Pisces. I have always felt a strong blend of Aries and Taurus energy in my 1st house, but the focus and expression of my rising specifically still comes through as Aries. It’s complicated, but the layers are what make us so unique.
