what kind of tours is possible there with ship? go to Marinduque?

Well, you can go to Batangas Port first. Then, ship going to Calapan. Once there, white vans are accommodating and you can ask them the place. I don't think there are travel tours for this place (Bihiya Beach, Pola, Oriental Mindoro), because this is not as popular as Boracay and Puerto Galera.

Nagpunta aq riyan sa palengke ng Pola last March 2020 one week before lockdown problema raw nila ang potable water supply....pwde rin kaya malaman ang nagawa ni VP Noli de Castro noong nakaupo pa sya sa Bayan ng Pola?

where you can overnight there? hotel?

Actually, there is no hotel there. But since the beach is being well taken care off by the people living there, they will accommodate you, but not as convenient as you want. They can offer you a bench, but it is cold in the evening. During our stay, they gave a small cottage for us. But during that time, it was only one. I don't know now. :)
