Portland Cà Phê has a really good oat matcha and other delicious drinks like an ube latte and diaspora chai (both oat). They're a Vietnamese women owned coffee roaster and specialize in single origin coffee grown in the Central Highlands of Vietnam. Plus, their onion tofu bahn mi is incredible and can be made vegan, too!

I thought I had my days confused because usually it's a Saturday SSV video's come out but then we wouldn't get to see what both of you ate during the weekend so it was worth waiting until the Monday. Hi! Do you have a video about your indoor greens garden?? I am moving to Portland and would love some tips on how to keep plants alive in the house! Thank you…
@weirdunclebob3 жыл бұрын
With Chris's coffee, if you're having it indoors, then the ambient temperature would make it largely irrelevant to the temperature of your drinks. Also, in winter, you'd likely have a heater on making a cool drink seem like a good idea and vice versa! I drink hot coffee year round regardless of the temperature. I like iced coffee but hot coffee is just that much better :)

Where did you both move to or what areas do you recommend? Looking to relocate to the PNW next year.
@Vanessa-fs7oz3 жыл бұрын
@@NakiasHideaway I was living in the alphabet district of Portland, in the NW corner of the city about halfway between downtown and Forest Park. I can't speak to other areas since I only lived there for 2yrs and most of that was during lockdown and I wasn't able to really explore the east side much, but I thought the location was ideal because I loved being close to the rose gardens and forest trails, and in walking distance of anything I could possibly need. 😍
@NakiasHideaway3 жыл бұрын
@@Vanessa-fs7oz I'm not looking to live in Portland. Don't want to be in any major city. Did you leave Oregon?
@Vanessa-fs7oz3 жыл бұрын
@@NakiasHideaway Ah yes, I did! I also was not a big city person, hence why I loved living near the forest. I am from the original Portland in Maine, and I was missing the small coastal city feel, really missed the ocean. But also did not want to go back to harsh Maine winters. So we chose Wilmington, NC - we were missing the Atlantic so drove all the way back east. I really miss the PNW though because those old forests and cascades were beyond beautiful🏞
