Vibes and music are on point. You're reminding me of me recenlty getting aquainted with the MP.

Love the video! Good shots. Loading an M4/6/7/MP/MA is very easy. People over-complicate it by opening the film “hatch” and positioning the film on the tracks/sprockets. All unnecessary. Try this: 1)Take off base plate. 2) Take up slack in film cartridge. 3) Stick roll into Leica and stretch leader so it reaches the take-up spool. 4) Replace base plate. 5) Advance film while watching your rewind crank to ensure the film is moving. The base plate has a protrusion that properly seats your cartridge and film. As long as your leader takes, your film will find its way onto the sprockets.

About focusing a Leica: unless you’re zone focusing, try setting your focus back to infinity after every shot. Then when your next shot comes up, you only have to go in one direction. No more see sawing back and forth to find focus.

Thanks for sharing your exploration with us. I especially enjoyed seeing the comradery between the two M6 users. I shoot a Leica M6 with the following lenses: 90mm f/2 Leitz 35mm f/1.4 Zeiss 21mm f/1.4 Leitz Which lens were you using? When I shoot a new film camera for the first time, I use the less expensive black & white film and develop and print it (or scan it) myself.

Dope photos but I feel the skin tones are a bit too yellow at least for my taste. Keep the videos coming!

Evidently you are unaware of the purpose of that strap that's hanging down as you walk around with a camera kit that's THAT expensive. IT GOES AROUND YOUR NECK/SHOULDER so you don't DROP IT!!!!
