Are there any must-see attractions beside Oia?

Fira is quite good, especially Fira centre. It has a lot of options for restaurants and shops. Also Fira has the main bus station and all the buses stops at Fira. Imerovigli is another village which is quite good. If you are beach lover then Kamari, Perissa and Red beach are awesome. There is definitely a lot more to see in addition to Oia.

what is the best time to visit santorini?

I would say June to October. However, I expect that June to Aug or sep, it will be too busy. We went there in first week of October. The weather was great. And it was crowded (at least this is what we felt). So I assumed that it would have been more crowded in July, Aug time.
