Hi Diggy and Danny , You made me missed Nan so much. I've been there 2 years ago in October and really love the greenery of the mountain and rice fields along the road. That green chilli dip called Nam Prik Num. It's a popular northern Thai dip that Thai people love to eat with sticky rice, pork crackling and Sai Oua (Northern Thai Sausage). You can easily find it at every Department Store Supermarket in Bangkok.

Fantastic video Danny & Diggy the Salt water well and the making of the salt processing and the goods made were interesting. Super gifts Diggy brought. The food you stopped for on a break looked good. The views around the area was amazing. The waterfall looked cool and a nice walk to. Danny the hero helping the young boy👍.It nice to nice. The walking street market was a nice inclusion at end of your journey. The grilled rice looked interesting to eat. Pork looked amazing great way to cook it. I hope someday northern Thailand will realize how bad the burning season is for everything /everyone and not allow it. I know south east Asia just burns everything when it comes to trash all year round especially on the islands. That burning in the background would ruin the trip for me. But glad at least you guys got to experience the area.

We hope so too 👍🙏 When we were there they were only just starting and we could smell of burning grass in the evening, during the day was ok 👍

They allow farmers here to burn wood/tree cuttings but they need a special permit here if they have a large enough piece of land. But we rarely see it. i imagine the car pollution is a real issue there most of the time too . We remedied that with strict emission regulations. Our air used to look like Bangkok 35 years ago.@@danny_and_diggy
