the white, German-derivative speaking people are Europeans, which means HEBREW. We are the true children of Jacob-Israel. No wonder the forces that should not be did not want the Bible translated into English. No wonder it as the children of the firstborn of Joseph, Ephraim and Manasseh, who gave their lives for the Word.

Thank you for this interesting narrative of the life of George Wishart. When researching my family tree, I found out about George, and instantly felt a love, respect and admiration for him. It's good that we have a portrait of him. I believe that I am descended from his sister Janet. I was so pleased to find these precious threads of Protestant faith in my family. I can see how God was at work showing Himself to young men and women in different parts of the UK and Europe, bringing couples together, families together, and what an incredible blessing this has led to in my life.

Great! There were further eminent people of that branch such as the three William Wisharts who were ministers and professors. I think their ancestor was a half brother of George the martyr

Europe means Hebrew. The Hebrew children of Israel were taken into captivity to Assyria, which is Germany. Britain means Birthright and is representative of the Tribe of Manasseh, with Ireland, Scotland and Wales being the children of Ephraim, the first born.

I am related of this guy. I just turned Catholic this year. God has an interesting plan for us… we will all be back under one head once more! The Church needs to finish her passion first. It’s beautiful to see it come full circle

George Wishart's preaching caused my 10th great grandfather Lawrence Rankin who was near Mauchline to be saved by accepting Jesus.

Thank you for these wonderful histories! Preachers will be held accountable one day for avoiding the light of the Church of Christ's history. Our Bible was made in the blood & sacrifices of men who loved God above all else. Knowing how they lived, worshiped, and believed is important because it was divine providence and the Holy Spirit in it all!
