Hi, It's Abhilashi Residency & Spa Manali. This hotel is situated on the top and It's difficult to reach if you don't have a personal vehicle. I would advise you to opt for a hotel near Mall Road of Hidimba Temple. It's best to stay there.

Hey, No, there is no permit required to enter Sissu. It is only required in case someone wants to go to Rohtang pass. The Royal Enfield Himalayan bike rent costs around Rs.1200/- per day (negotiable). Most other bikes are available below this price. I hope this information will help you. 🙏
