Brilliant find! Many of the houses built around this time had the blue pvc that cracked within the walls and ruined the homes with mold.

What a nice house! Timeless elegance in the layout. Beautiful stairs. Huge kitchen room. There had to have been an island. Basement huge with great kitchen for party prep. Like the huge master. Bathrooms nice. Theres nothing not to like about this whole house. Its too new and in great shape to destroy. Ill never understand. Nice backyard. There may just be a little too much highway noise from someplace close by. I could imagune how nicely it was furnished and decorated and how fun it was to live there. It is a really beautiful home, with an incredible amount of space! I love the exterior with the brick. Total quality and interesting details throughout! The foyer is my favorite part, it is exquisite!! The kitchen was a little puzzling though 🤔. It would be a total shame if this awesome and worthy home, would be demolished. Cool explore! 🤟✌️

Seems a bit unusual the kitchen in the basement is a better one than the main level. I think this was a custom design ,nothing remotely like a tract house about it. Nice to see the developers are attempting to salvage some of the nicer elements. Cheers Ethan

Ethan this is a very beautiful and tasteful home. I love the colors and the way everything was so clean and home decorated. You’re right about the kitchen area I would think it would’ve been larger than it is but then again it might’ve had a mid island but the best part I think was the The stain glass doors and stairwell. It’s a huge home and beautiful. Its layout is very strange, no real sense of what room is what except the kitchen. The basement is a maze of rooms with no purpose to them and why two complete kitchens. Puzzles me. The upstairs with bathrooms in the bedrooms was a nice touch. I do love those floors.

I had ceilings that had lights. They are called tray ceilings here in the US. Mine had miniature soft lights that were hidden by a wood frame. This home is enormous! I bet it was beautiful.

It's a shame that this beautiful house is being demolished! It is reminiscent of 2 houses I've lived in while growing up. The 1st one had a grand foyer with a half circular staircase. The 2nd one had 2 kitchens, 1 on the main level and 1 in the walkout basement. My Dad put only the best in every house we owned. In the 2nd house, the master suite measured 32' by 38', not including the walk through closet and master bath. I had to measure it because Mom wanted to replace the carpeting after Dad passed. Love your walkthroughs! Makes me wish I owned 1 of these houses, especially this one!

I'd suspect the kitchen cabinets in the basement are the original kitchen cabinets from upstairs, and they salvaged it. They did a very tasteful renovation to this home.
