That first lot is all abandoned cars. Dubai is run under sharia law, not paying your loans is a criminal offense and you'll end up in jail. So many people go to Dubai to make their fortune and it doesnt work out, so they abandon the car and flee from Dubai before being locked up forever.

Over the past 10 years so many crazy mind-blowing crazy super hyper cars have come out that sometimes they lose there shock value pretty quick but for some reason whenever i see a Bugatti Veyron with the right spec an the right colors it always hits that sweet spot for me.
