Who else thinks Grenadians are the best cooks! When they use those spices! There’s nothing to compare.

"Nothing goes to waste" he says, just before throwing the pod away. 🤣

Basically he wouldn't take one pod home to make something out of it , it was just a demonstration

@@ikatelx1503 I know, I know. It's just the way he threw it away right after saying nothing goes to waste... It's just like something from the script of a comedy.

Your guide is definitely not Grenadian. I don't know why he's giving tours. He needs to stop. That french cashew is not fully ripe.

We can assure you, he is Grenadian. A lot of what he's saying is cut and taken out of context but he was excellent. I wasn't a fan of the french cashew but it was edible, I'm sure it was the best he could find.

Just wanted to say, you got the statement wrong when you say, "Grenada was colonized twice. Most of the Caribbean was colonized twice. Except for Barbados British only, Trinidad which was never a colony and St Vincent which was never colonized. Apart for that, the French colonized the indigenous Arawak, kalinagoes Amerindians Creoles speaking people who were there with the moors aka black Caribs and maroons. They the British fought the French and colonized the same people. However Grenada is different. They french colonized the Arawak and the moors aka black Caribs and when the British came the fought the French for almost 18 month and killed the indigenous and moors. The remainder took their own lives. Visit leapers hill in Sauteurs. With no one to produce slave Labour the British went into Africa and brought their own black cargo slaves. So yes the country was colonized twice but Grenadians today were only colonized by British not french.

@@roamingtheworldwithyou I don't suggest that you take Ms. Ramsey's info to heart. EVERY island in the Caribbean was colonized. The Spanish were in Trinidad before the French and British. Grenada specifically exchanged colonial hands NINE times. St. Lucia even more than us. St. Vincent was colonized by the French. The British were the ones who took over and shipped who would be known as the Garifuna to Central America. I'm not sure if she understands the meaning of the term properly. The Caribbean countries gained most of their independence in the 60s and 70s.
