YOu should have checked the community tab too. I play a Vanilla PVE server called Skyline and its really good. It's always pretty active and the people are really nice. It's a great server to learn the basics of Rust like how to do the monuments if you are new. The admin team is really active if you ever need their help, and it has rules to keep it fair for everyone.

I play the minigun server regularly and it is a lot of fun. I like it because it takes time to build up to do that airfield event. If you could do that event on spawn your wipe would be over cause you already won.

Interchanging the radioactive and the biohazard signs may not be a problem when running in a biohazard zone in full suit and leadpipe around your important parts, but entering a burning nuclear reactor only with mask and gloves - I don't knoooow

An X on a map is a unique build spot that if you get there first you can claim as your own. Just block the entrance and place a tc.
