Did a very nice job thank you. The Panther had a 75 mm high velocity main gun.

Marion II at 10mins is a Ram Kangaroo on a Canadian made Ram (rather than Sherman) chassis. The Kangaroo was an early APC and had a cast hull. The Canadian made Ram tanks were a decent early war tank but by 1943 there was a need for an APC as as so many Shermans being made by the US it made sense for the Sherman to become the standard tank and for the production in Montreal to focus on cast hull Grizzly Shermans or converting Rams into APCs, Ram based mobile artillery or radio command vehicles.

Former Actor Richard Burton trained in Canada for the RAF also in 1945. he mist a lot of the action.

Thanks for doing this tour. I was there in 2002. The WW1 exhibit had the greatest impact on me. It began with 19th century fighting tactics combined with rapidly advancing 20th technology and the results were horrific for the soldiers.

best museum in Canada, your passion/interest for the history shows through. I guess in the UK - some of the "colonial actions" that happened here aren't as historical "back home" as they were in North America.

Reason we have old American Civil War memorabilia is cause the states tried to take over Canada, and we pushed them back violently and burned the white house down for their stupidity. Now we're friends lol

White House was burned during the War of1812 in retaliation for burning York, Newark, St. David’s and other towns.

I haven't watched the whole video yet because I view comments 1st so I don't know what US Civil War memorabilia you referenced. FYI the White House was burned down by British troops in the War of 1812 in retaliation for destruction done by American troops in their invasion of Canada. The War of 1812 was 50 years earlier than the U.S. Civil War. So whatever memorabilia shown was probably from that earlier war or if it was from the US Civil War it had nothing to do with the 1812 war and the retaliation of burning down the White House (I think the Capitol was also burned down?).
