Funny thing is that near the end where you were looking at that fancy lit medical center you were actually in the Gheorgheni neighborhood where Iulius Mall is and you were pretty close to it. Then you took the bus that drove you back to where you came from 😅

I'm not romanian, but I just build a house on the upper part of the road/hill where you start the video(from 0:40 onwards) . You should have go further uphill. Wonderful panoramic view on the city. Greetings!
